Shared email infrastructure only works if every customer sends responsibly. This policy describes what is not allowed on DiwanMail and how we enforce it.
Not allowed
- Unsolicited bulk or commercial email, including purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- Phishing, spoofing, fraud, or messages pretending to come from someone else.
- Malware, executable attachments or links to malicious content.
- Harassment, threats, or illegal content.
- Trying to get around sending limits, for example by spreading one campaign across many mailboxes or accounts.
- Probing, scanning or attacking our systems or other customers.
Bulk and marketing email
DiwanMail is for business correspondence. Newsletters to people who opted in are acceptable within your plan's limits, provided every message has a working unsubscribe link and you remove people who unsubscribe or complain.
How we enforce it
We monitor spam scores, complaint rates, bounce rates and blocklists. Depending on the severity we may hold messages, pause a mailbox, lower limits, or suspend an organization. Repeated or serious violations lead to account closure without refund.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse coming from our network to abuse@diwanmail.com with the full message headers.
