Terms of Service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of DiwanMail's email hosting, webmail, Mail Control and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your contact email up to date. You are responsible for everything done with your account and the mailboxes you create, including keeping passwords safe. Tell us right away at support@diwanmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Plans, limits and payment

Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page: domains, mailboxes, storage, sending volume, recipients per message, attachment size and aliases. The Service enforces these limits automatically. Paid plans are activated after we confirm payment arrangements with you; fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and are not refundable for partial periods unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not send unsolicited bulk email, malware or phishing, or use the Service for anything illegal.

4. Protective measures

To protect all customers we may, without prior notice: hold, delay or refuse messages; pause sending from a mailbox or domain; require DNS records to be in place before sending; and suspend an organization while we investigate abuse. We will tell you what happened and how to resolve it.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to your email and data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your mail at any time over IMAP.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your mail safe, including monitoring and backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

7. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that stay unpaid. After closing, mail data is kept for 30 days so you can retrieve it, then deleted.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to your contact address at least 14 days before they take effect.
