Questions
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Choose a plan when you sign up or later from your account. Our team contacts you to arrange payment and activates the plan, usually within one business day. Until then your account works on the Free plan.
Why can't I send right after adding my domain?
Every plan has a DNS pre-activation lock: your domain must publish the MX, SPF and DKIM records we show you before it can send. This protects your reputation and ours. Receiving works as soon as your MX record points to us.
What counts towards the sending limit?
Each recipient counts once. A message to 3 people uses 3 of your hourly and daily allowance. Messages within your organization count too.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Request a change from your account; upgrades apply as soon as they are approved. Downgrades require that your usage fits the smaller plan.
What is a pooled storage plan?
On Silver and above, storage is shared across all your mailboxes. You decide how much each mailbox gets, as long as the total fits your plan.
Do you offer a dedicated IP?
Platinum is dedicated-IP capable: we can assign your organization its own sending IP with its own reverse DNS. Contact us after signing up to arrange it.
